Here's another addition to the up-to-date 2 posts of Hatsune Miku in her various appearances. Max Factory has just released pictures of the new 1/7 figurine over the Internet. The ready painted figure is scheduled for release in November 2009.



Looking at the picture, I must say I'm throughly impressed by the intricate details and the effort put into coloring the figurine. But who can really say that it's perfect till you get an upclose picture, eh?



The PVC figure just glows beautifully under the lighting. The shadows on the figurine almost makes me feel like Miku has come to life.



I've seen figurines that look good in front but not the back. Miku's figurine however, is done abso-fucking-lutely perfect. Pay real close attention to the details on her costume... Magnificant.



There's just no way I wouldn't be in awe with Max Factory's figurines. Now on to you, MIKU!

I have to admit, beside being fond of anime and manga... I also have an interest in music. It was sometime a year ago, during Hatsune Miku's booming year that I found her. Seriously, even until now... I think many fans are fond of Hatsune Miku. Even I feel that her singing though anime-robotic like is so much easier to listen to unlike Rin and Len. I won't say the same for Gakupo though since I'm not a huge fan of Gackt. Likewise, Megurine Luka like Miku stands out a lot... but there's not much original music scores out there being churned for her.

The best CD I would recommend people to get is ave;new's Vocaloid compilation. Ave;new's done an amazing job utilizing the vocaloids. Even Kaito who's voice is completely robotic and graspy sounds amazing in their techno music. That's not to say that Supercell didn't do a good attempt at using Miku but... I prefer ave;new compared to Supercell.

Anyway, check this baby out!



It's technically a remake of the Supercell feat Hatsune Miku - World is Mine artwork. Miku looks like a tigress... just hungry to eat man up! Who wouldn't fall in love with a seductive girl like that?



However, this picture made my day! Covered in roses, looking sensually... Miku looks like she's begging you to take her anytime. If only she was real, heh? It just feels like a perfect part of the PV, no? DOKI DOKI!!!!! XD

I'm opening a special section dedicated to Nendoroids...
Majority of them would feature that nifty SPOTLIGHT title above since it's just a wholly OMFG-SO-GOTTA-OWN-EM pictures from Hobby Japan. My main goal and interest in this is to promote some of the most beloved Nendoroids. Nendoroids that makes me squeal and go ballistic. Cute, wholesome, desirable Nendoroids!

For the first entry into the world of Nendoroids Figma, we have here our very own Lucky Star character. Hiiragi Kagami in the Hatsune Miku costume. Many would recollect how she had this hilarious dream in which Kagami was Cinderella and was forced into various hilarious cosplay outfits by her fairy godmother, Izumi Konata. Now, fans can own Kagami with her fabulous duo expressions.

Edit: My bad... I was just corrected by a friend that it's a Figma. Honestly, the only difference between a Figma and a Nendoroid is their height and chubbiness. Other than that, the whole changable faces thing is so awesome. (>>w<<) That still doesn't stop me from loving Kagami though. To make up for this, I'm opening another section dedicated to Figma dolls... just to make up for the mistake above.

Hobby Search has just released information about the new Sora Kake girls figurines. Released by Wave, the two characters being released are that of Akiha and Itsuki. Why won't they release cute Honoka figurines already???? T____T

Here we have two versions of Itsuki. Itsuki the police woman, looking so cute. I love how she looks... Although, please... why do they have that awful thing that's supposed to be eyeshadow on em?



Finally, Itsuki ver 2.0! As her undercover self, Shinomiya.... It's just a change in hair color. But meh, I'd take this over the Itsuki ver 1.o anytime! ^^

The Hobby Search website lists the release to be in Nov 2009... Better hurry before stock runs out though.

Last of the last, the ending just kills me! I noticed how they rushed the introduction of most of the characters whilst changing or adding random characters into scenes that they don't play much roles in. I find that slightly disheartening since I do follow the manga avidly.

On the other hand, viewers who probably never heard of the manga would be able to enjoy this leisurely as it doesn't create much impact other than to speediate the introduction of the characters. Meh... Not going to talk too much. Onwards march to the cut....
